1Fastest route — from inside the app

1. Open the Qarar app and sign in.
2. Go to the Account tab (the last tab in the bottom bar).
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete account".
4. Type the word «حذف» to confirm, then tap "Delete my account".

Deletion is immediate and permanent, and cannot be undone. You will be signed out straight away.

2If you cannot access the app

If you have uninstalled the app or lost access to your account, email support@qararai.app from the same email address registered on the account, with "Account deletion request" as the subject.

We will confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days at most (usually within a few days). We may ask for additional confirmation to verify ownership of the account before proceeding.

3What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, the following is permanently erased:

• Your account — email address, username, display name and hashed password.
• All your portfolios, including holdings, quantities, prices and capital movements.
• Watchlists, alerts and saved plans.
• Your AI advisor conversations.
• Your preferences and settings.
• All login sessions — you are signed out on every device immediately.
• Your device push token.

4What we may retain — and why

• Backups and temporary caches — copies may persist in supporting systems for a short period before expiring automatically. They are not used for any purpose and are not reachable from the app.
• Anonymised operational logs — error and performance logs containing no data that identifies you.
• Support correspondence — if you have emailed us, we may retain the correspondence for record-keeping.

None of this is retained for marketing purposes, and none of it is sold to anyone.

5Deleting data without deleting your account

If you only want to remove specific data — a portfolio or a watchlist, say — you can delete it inside the app without closing your account. For any other request concerning your data, contact us at support@qararai.app.
