Qarar provides technical and fundamental analysis, tools for building and evaluating portfolios, and aggregated third-party analyst ratings. The service is informational and educational only, and is not a substitute for licensed financial advice.

• No real execution: the app does not buy or sell any security, does not connect to any brokerage account, and does not hold or transfer your money.
• The portfolio is a manual tracker: you enter the holdings, quantities and prices yourself. The figures shown are computed from what you entered — they are not a broker statement.
• Qarar is not registered as an investment adviser or broker in any jurisdiction.

2Investment disclaimer

All investment decisions are your responsibility alone. Prices, data and projections shown may be delayed or wrong, and we rely on third-party providers for some of them. Past performance of any security does not guarantee future performance, and you may lose part or all of your capital. We accept no liability for direct or indirect losses arising from reliance on the app.

3Historical performance figures

The app shows a historical success rate for past trading signals, with the calculation method explained on the same screen. These are figures about past performance and are not a promise of any outcome; they do not represent the result of a real portfolio and may change when the methodology is updated. Read the methodology explanation in the app before relying on any figure.

4User account

You must be over 18 to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that occurs through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

5Acceptable use

You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose, attempt to breach it, scrape its data without permission, or republish its analyses commercially without written consent.

6Intellectual property

All app content — including the logo, design, analyses and text — is owned by or licensed to Qarar. It may not be copied or distributed without prior permission. Market data remains the property of its providers and is subject to their terms.

7Paid subscriptions

The app is currently entirely free and contains no in-app purchases. If we introduce paid features in future, they will be offered on a recurring-subscription basis with the price, billing period and cancellation method shown clearly before purchase; the purchase will be made exclusively through the app store you downloaded from, and you can cancel at any time from your account settings in that store.

8Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if these terms are breached. You may also permanently delete your account at any time from the app settings. Deletion erases your data in line with the Privacy Policy.

9Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the app. Continuing to use Qarar after publication means you accept the new version.
