1Data we collect

We collect the minimum needed to run the app:

• Account data — email address, username and display name.
• Password — stored as a hash; never kept in plain text.
• Portfolio data — the holdings, quantities and prices you enter manually, and the capital movements you record.
• AI advisor conversations — your questions and the AI's responses.
• Preferences — language, theme, watchlists and alerts.
• Push token — only if you enable alerts.

2How we use your data

We use your data solely to operate the service: to display your portfolio and compute its performance, to run the analyses, to personalise what is displayed and which alerts you receive based on what you follow, and to answer your enquiries. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.

We require each provider to offer a level of data protection no lower than that set out in this policy. We share your data with no party other than those listed above, and we use no advertising networks or tracking tools.

4Artificial intelligence

The "intelligent advisor" relies on language models operated by third parties (Google, Anthropic and OpenAI). When you ask a question, the text of your question — together with a summary of your portfolio if the question concerns it — is sent to one of these providers to generate the answer.

• Your email address and username are not sent with the request.
• Using the advisor is entirely optional — the rest of the app works fully without it.
• AI answers may contain errors and are not investment advice.

5Security

All data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and passwords are stored hashed rather than in plain text. Sessions are time-limited and you can sign out at any time. We follow reasonable practices to protect your data, but no digital system can guarantee absolute security.

6International transfers

Our infrastructure and the service providers listed above operate servers in various countries, including the United States. By using the app you agree to your data being processed in those countries.

7Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account entirely from inside the app at any time: Account → "Delete account". On deletion your data is permanently removed from our databases, with reasonable effort made to purge any temporary copies held by supporting services.

8Children

The app is intended for users over the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware of an account belonging to a child, we delete it.

9Your rights

At any time you can view your data inside the app, correct your display name and email, change your password, or delete your account and all its data. For any other request concerning your data, contact us at support@qararai.app.

10Investment disclaimer

Qarar provides analysis and information only. It does not provide personalised financial advice or specific buy/sell recommendations. 11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect feature or legal changes. Material changes will be announced inside the app. Continuing to use Qarar after an update means you accept the new version.
