هل التطبيق مجاني؟ نعم، مجاني بالكامل حالياً ولا توجد أي مشتريات داخله.
هل ينفّذ قرار صفقات أو يربط بحساب وساطة؟ لا. قرار أداة تحليل ومعلومات فقط — لا ينفّذ أي عملية شراء أو بيع، ولا يتصل بأي حساب استثماري، ولا يحتفظ بأي أموال.
لماذا تتغيّر الأرقام والدرجات والأسعار؟ لأن قرار يعمل على بيانات حيّة من السوق ويعيد الحساب باستمرار — فالأسعار والدرجات تتحدّث مع كل تحديث للبيانات.
هل البيانات لحظية؟ وماذا خارج ساعات السوق؟ بيانات الأسواق الأمريكية قد تتأخّر قليلاً وتُعرض للأغراض المعلوماتية. خارج ساعات التداول (أو في العطل) نعرض آخر إغلاق حتى تفتح الجلسة التالية.
هل توجد اشتراكات؟ وكيف ألغيها؟ حالياً لا — التطبيق مجاني بالكامل بلا أي مشتريات. إن أضفنا باقات مدفوعة مستقبلاً، ستتمكّن من إدارتها أو إلغائها في أي وقت من إعدادات متجر التطبيقات على جهازك.

We usually reply within 1–2 business days. If your question concerns your account, email us from the same address registered on the account and include your username.
Forgot your password? On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot password" and follow the link sent to your email.
Didn't receive the activation email? Check your spam folder, then try again from the sign-in screen. If it persists, email us.
How do I delete my account? Inside the app: Account → "Delete account". Full details on the account-deletion page.
Is the app free? Yes — currently entirely free with no in-app purchases.
Does Qarar execute trades or link to a brokerage? No. Qarar is an analysis and information tool only — it places no buy or sell orders, connects to no investment account, and holds no funds.
Why do the numbers, scores and prices change? Qarar runs on live market data and recalculates continuously — prices and scores update with every data refresh.
Is the data real-time? What about outside market hours? US market data may be slightly delayed and is shown for informational purposes. Outside trading hours (or on holidays) we show the last close until the next session opens.
Are there subscriptions, and how do I cancel? Currently no — the app is entirely free with no purchases. If we add paid plans later, you'll be able to manage or cancel them anytime from your device's App Store settings.
